Since starting BizBaz in 2021, we’ve been helping companies make better decisions about people, faster. We started with Finance, enabling banks and financial institutions to predict a person’s ability to repay a loan. Then due to demand, we expanded to HR and Talent, using the same technology to predict things like cultural fit and turnover likelihood.
Introducing InsightGenie
Genie is an important word for us. When we show potential customers the accuracy of our model and what our insights can do for their business, there’s usually a level of disbelief; as though it’s some sort of magic using behavioural science and AI. Of course it’s not, but their initial reaction is still pretty magical to us. (Gini also happens to be the term used to measure the accuracy of a predictive model, and we couldn’t resist the opportunity to nerd out with our very own predictive model pun.)
The name InsightGenie, along with our new look, better reflects where we are going and what we’re here to do: accurately predict human behaviour to create more opportunities for more people.
An inclusive, human-centric approach
Behavioural science sits at the heart of what we do. Our new logo symbolises the spark of insight that transforms data into deep understanding. This design reflects a unique combination of artificial intelligence, behavioural sciences, anthropology and advanced data analytics.
We’ve moved away from purple to use a monochromatic green palette, representing growth and our unwavering commitment to unlocking human potential. With warm, organic undertones, it stands out from typical tech brands, underscoring our humanistic approach.
We’ve chosen Space Grotesk for our typeface for its balance of rationality and approachability, mirroring our blend of data-driven analysis with human-centric understanding.
A brand that can take us where we want to go
We envision a world where better human insights create opportunities for more people. And we believe in the potential of InsightGenie to take us there by enabling populations overlooked by outdated models, not just in financial services and HR, but in diverse industries that need us most like education, healthcare and security.
So while we’ve come a long way already, we’re actually only just getting started.
